Terms of use
The plain terms.
These terms apply to plan.getbecome.app and the 90-day plan sold on it, by J Roberto Goulart Filho Tecnologia Ltda ("JRG Tecnologia", "we"), CNPJ 62.592.453/0001-01, Porto Alegre, Brazil. By taking the quiz or buying the plan, you agree to them.
What you buy
A 90-day plan: a PDF of about 100 pages, prepared from your quiz answers, to print or use on a tablet. It's a one-time payment of $29.99 (plus any tax shown at checkout). There's no subscription and no account, and nothing renews.
The plan is separate from the Become app: it doesn't need the app and doesn't include an app subscription.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
Delivery
Your plan is prepared after you pay, usually in a few minutes, and you can download it from the page and from the email we send you. The download link works for 1 year. If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll make it right.
Refunds
If the plan isn't for you, ask within 14 days of buying it and you'll get the full price back, no questions. Use the link in your Paddle receipt or write to support@jrgtecnologia.com. Once you're refunded, the download stops working and the PDF is deleted. See the refund policy.
What Become is, and isn't
Become is a self-reflection and habit practice built on published research. It isn't therapy, or medical, financial or legal advice, and it can't guarantee any outcome. If you're struggling or not safe, call or text 988 in the US, any time, or contact your local emergency number.
Your plan is prepared around your answers and can be imperfect. Use your own judgment, and write to us if something in it is wrong.
Your plan is for you
You may print your plan and use it as much as you like for yourself. Please don't resell it or share it publicly. The plan's design, texts, illustrations and the Become name belong to us or our licensors.
Using the site fairly
Don't misuse the site: don't try to break or overload it, get around payment or the Day 1 limits, or copy or resell what it makes. We may refuse orders from anyone who does.
Liability
The plan is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of Porto Alegre, RS, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms in effect when you bought apply to your purchase.
