The short version
If your 90-day plan isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you'll get the full $29.99 back. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- Write to support@jrgtecnologia.com from the email you bought with.
Who refunds you
Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for your order. They take the payment and send the refund back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to your plan
Once the refund goes through, your download link stops working and your plan's file is deleted from our servers.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something went wrong with your plan. We'll fix it or make it right.
